Finding The Woodturning School
The Woodturning School is at the back of Garthowen Garden Centre in Four Marks, Hampshire, just off the A31. There is free parking on site, and the garden centre is worth a wander if you arrive early.
Getting Here By Car
We're at Garthowen Garden Centre, Four Marks, Hampshire GU34 5AJ. From Winchester, take the A31 east for about 20 minutes. From Southampton, allow around 35 minutes via the M3 and A31. From Basingstoke, head south on the A339 and A31 for around 25 minutes. Plenty of free parking on site.
Getting Here By Train
The nearest station is Alton, served by South Western Railway from London Waterloo. Basingstoke to Winchester is 15 minutes and Winchester to Alton is a further 30 minutes, or take a taxi directly from Basingstoke. We're happy to help with onward transport options, just ask when you book. There are regular busses and of course, taxis.
