Our gift vouchers can be used toward any in-person group course at The Woodturning School and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Why a Woodturning Experience Makes a Great Gift
It's not another object to sit on a shelf. It's a day of learning something new, working with your hands, and taking home something you made yourself. The experience stays with them long after the day is over.
No experience needed. Complete beginners are welcome on our experience days and beginners courses. We provide everything: tools, timber, safety equipment, even lunch on full-day courses. They just need to turn up.
They'll take something home. Depending on the course, that might be a bowl, a pen, a bottle stopper, or a decorative piece. Something they made themselves, to keep or give away.
Small classes, proper attention. Maximum five students on most courses. This isn't a production line. They'll get genuine guidance from a Registered Professional Turner.

Woodturning Experience Day (£180) A full day for complete beginners. They'll make a pen in the morning and a bowl in the afternoon, and leave with both. Lunch included. This is our most popular gift choice.
Pen Turning Experience (£85) A relaxed Sunday morning. No experience needed, and they'll take home a beautiful handmade pen. Perfect if you're not sure they'll want a whole day.
Bowl Turning Experience Day (£180) For someone who knows they want to make bowls. The whole day focused on one thing, with a finished bowl to take home.
Two Day Beginners Course (£320) For someone who wants to dive deeper. Two days, three projects, and proper foundations in the craft. Plus access to refresher videos they can watch at home.

Step Three:
Complete the payment.
Step Four:
A link to view and print your voucher will be presented to you, and emailed to the address provided during check-out.
Step Five:
From the email (or presented link), send the voucher to your recipient or print the voucher off to present later. Please note we do not send physical cards.
Good to Know
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase
They can be used toward any group course (not one-to-one tuition or external tutors)
If the course costs more than the voucher value, the recipient pays the difference when booking
If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time
One code can be used per booking only. If you have more than one voucher code for a single booking, contact us before you book to combine them into a single code.
